I’m not always sure if I’m overthinking these things, but they helped me really fast and were super nice about everything. It made the whole experience way easier than I expected.

Would I order from them again? Yeah, I would. I grabbed a few craft supplies, and the shipping ended up being faster than I expected. They sent tracking the next day, which was nice, and the box arrived in good shape. It wasn’t overnight-level fast or anything, but for a regular order, I was happy with it. One item had packaging that was a little bent, but nothing was actually damaged, so it wasn’t a big deal.

I was a little suspicious at first because some stores make the layout look simple but still manage to hide everything. But this one was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed without wandering around forever.

I was happy with the shipping cost. It was cheaper than I expected, which made the whole order feel like a good deal.

I used craftwarehouse while looking for some craft supplies, it was easy to get around. The categories made sense, so I wasn’t stuck clicking all over the place just to find what I needed. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few pages loaded a bit slowly for me, and the search could be a little better. But checkout was simple, and overall, yeah, it was a good experience

I got what I needed and everything showed up just fine, no problems at all. The site was easy enough to use, easy enough that I didn’t have to think much about it, and checkout went through smoothly. I’d order from here again for sure.

The box showed up crushed and the tape was already half open, I was surprised everything inside was still okay. Nothing was damaged, but the packaging felt really careless and didn’t make a great first impression

It was just a simple, easy trip, no hassle at all. I really like being able to check in-store availability first, because I really don’t like wasting a drive if I don’t have to.

Has anyone else had trouble with the schedule info on craftwarehouse.com? I booked a workshop and the details weren’t super clear, then the time changed and I only caught it at the last minute. The staff were fine, but trying to plan around the change was frustrating. I’d probably hold off on booking again unless they make schedule updates easier to notice

They do have some cute craft stuff here, and I actually found a few things I liked, but the store itself didn’t feel super clean when I went in. Some of the aisles looked dusty, and then I noticed random trash sitting near the shelves too. It kind of threw me off while I was shopping. I don’t know, I wanted to enjoy browsing more, but the mess made it feel a little unpleasant. Hopefully they keep up with it better next time.
